Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to customers experiencing financial difficulties
- Develop and implement customized payment plans to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales, or retail industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
