At Suntrup Automotive Group, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our Genesis dealership team. As a Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in driving sales performance, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring our customers receive an extraordinary buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve dealership sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Genesis' premium lineup, enhancing the brand's market presence.
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a luxury experience from the first interaction to post-purchase follow-up.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure smooth transactions, and help customers navigate financing options.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously optimize the dealership's processes.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events that drive traffic and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably within a luxury or premium brand.
- Must have solid automotive finance experience, with a strong understanding of leasing, financing options, and deal structuring.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
