Job Title: District Leader of Stores

The Normal Brand is a family-owned, fast-growing apparel company with a strong online presence and over 500 stores worldwide. We're looking for a talented District Leader to support our retail expansion while elevating existing stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement store processes to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the hiring process for all store roles, from recruiting to training and development
  • Lead and develop Store Managers through regular 1:1s, performance management, and goal setting
  • Hold store managers accountable for managing and developing their in-store teams
  • Assist with succession planning and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Lead and coach teams through our core values and store principles
  • Strategize and implement peak season operations, including working on the sales floor during top days
  • Monitor key performance metrics for the region and report on store performance
  • Travel to retail locations as needed and assist with new store openings
Requirements:
  • A humble, hungry, and smart individual who can inspire teams to work hard and achieve success
  • A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage complex projects, delegate tasks, and make decisions quickly
  • Excellent guest interaction, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven merchandising skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in multi-store apparel retail management
  • 5 years of proven management experience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, innovative thinking, and a passion for customer service
  • Proficient in Excel and able to analyze data to drive business decisions
