Membership Sales Advisor

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Advisor to join our team at Genesis Health Clubs. As a Membership Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and member retention by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our club's facilities and programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist in maintaining the profitability of the company through new member sales and retention
* Meet daily and weekly minimum requirements on sales quotas
* Meet prospecting requirements and sales goals
* Ensure that all required documentation is completed in a timely manner
* Attend and participate in scheduled sales meetings
* Attend all staff and club meetings and events
* Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment
* Works closely with retention departments to ensure high participation in the facilities
* Establish and maintain professional relationships with staff
* Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations
* Perform other duties and assignments as necessary or required

**Expectations**

* Present a professional demeanor at all times when representing Genesis Health Clubs
* Provide input in developing strategies to support goals and objectives
* Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints

**Job Requirements**

* Available to work weekends and evenings and holidays
* Ability to work well with others
* Experience in cash handling and credit cards
* Customer service abilities

**Physical Requirements**

* Ability to stand for long periods of time
* Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
* Ability to communicate with guests and other associates, including reading, writing and speaking
