Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales and Business Development to lead our sales efforts in the North Texas region. This role will be responsible for increasing new business sales through establishing strong partnerships with distributors, brokers, and agents. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the value proposition to distribution partners.
- Achieve annual new business sales, net growth & reenrollment objectives as assigned.
- Direct and manage the acquisition process by establishing priorities with sales support team and serving as a liaison between producers and customers to maximize sales efforts.
Requirements:
- 3 years of Voluntary product sales or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience generating and analyzing reports to enhance sales or customer experience.
- Employee benefits and/or life/health insurance knowledge required.
What We Offer:
At Trustmark, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental/vision, life insurance, FSA and HSA, 401(k) plan, Employee Assistant Program, Back-up Care for Children, Adults and Elders, and many health and wellness initiatives.
