Job Overview

Position Summary:
The Principal Analyst, Paid Social plays a crucial role in steering the effectiveness of client-focused paid social media initiatives. This position emphasizes strategic leadership in campaign planning and optimization, fostering robust relationships, and ensuring effective communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize analytical skills and problem-solving techniques to guarantee impeccable campaign execution that meets and surpasses client expectations.
  • Direct bid strategies, campaign enhancements, and performance reporting for paid social media initiatives.
  • Oversee budget management and scheduling for all self-service advertising platforms.
  • Manage rate assessments, benchmarking, planning costs, and overall financials for client accounts.
  • Provide forecasts related to audits and campaign performance analytics.
  • Support the Manager and broader team with strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Act as a mentor to junior Analysts, offering guidance and training as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in paid social media is essential.
  • Proven experience in buying and planning across various platforms such as Facebook, X, Reddit, Snapchat, TikTok, Yelp, Uber Eats, Doordash, Instagram, and Pinterest.
  • Experience in a client-facing role is required.
  • Ability to leverage paid media to enhance earned media campaigns and achieve business goals.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • A genuine passion for the digital media landscape and a commitment to staying informed on industry developments.

Additional Information:
This role operates in a hybrid format, necessitating three days in the office each week. All information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines.
