Role Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
The Manager will oversee the daily operations of social media campaign creation, execution, and innovation. This role requires close collaboration with media strategy and client teams to convert overarching marketing objectives into effective paid media campaigns across social platforms. The Manager will also lead a team of Analysts/Sr. Analysts, ensuring timely project delivery and fostering career growth.

  • Manage the daily operations of all paid social campaigns, including proposal development, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with Investment, Strategy, and Activation media teams to address client briefs, develop strategic campaign plans, and identify innovative solutions.
  • Support the training and development of team members.
  • Gather and analyze data from various social media platforms, working with the Analytics team to produce comprehensive reports that inform future strategies.
  • Implement established account management standards and enhance best practices for campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, advertising formats, and technologies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and across the agency.
  • Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions to explore new strategies for campaign optimization.
  • Develop actionable plans to measure social media success, including setting key performance indicators and optimization strategies.
  • Promote the significance of social media and educate clients and internal teams on the latest advancements in this dynamic media channel.
  • Oversee and guide a dedicated team of social media buyers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of campaigns against established KPIs.
  • Provide strategic direction for campaign optimization and the implementation of new features.
  • Create and present reports to clients and internal teams that highlight campaign strategies and outcomes.
  • Formulate insights on emerging technologies, trends, and opportunities within the social media landscape.
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing, advertising, business, engineering, statistics, economics, sociology, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Facebook and Twitter advertising platforms.

  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media planning.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Previous leadership or management experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • A resourceful and motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
