Role Responsibilities:

Key Functions:
The Analyst role is an entry-level position focused on utilizing expertise in paid social media to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations. You will contribute to the development of innovative strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing client business goals while overseeing the tactical execution and enhancement of social media initiatives.

  • Drive innovative strategies daily to meet and exceed client objectives while managing the execution and optimization of social media campaigns.
  • Assist in the optimization, implementation, and analysis of paid social marketing efforts.
  • Support the execution of customer, media, brand, and market research to generate unique insights and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Social Manager to enhance strategic social expertise within the team.
  • Report on essential metrics for campaign effectiveness and develop key findings for optimization.
  • Facilitate the sharing of data and insights among relevant internal stakeholders to inform future strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and client groups.
Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred, ideally in marketing, advertising, business, engineering, statistics, economics, sociology, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns using leading social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter).
  • Experience in digital media operations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to manage and interpret data.
  • Familiarity with Facebook and Twitter Ads platforms or third-party API technologies.
  • Understanding of Search PPC and digital display advertising.
  • A resourceful, curious, and motivated individual capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
