Job Summary:

The Vollrath Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within assigned portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including dealer/distributor salespeople and buyers.
  • Establish brand awareness and promote Vollrath products and services to customers.
  • Manage and execute company marketing initiatives with portfolio customers.
  • Document account portfolio activities in CRM and manage all company marketing tools.
  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business, or related field.
  • Minimum three years' experience in a sales role within the foodservice industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Working Conditions:

  • Occasional travel required, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
