As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our suite of solutions to executives and business owners, and for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Sell human resources technology solutions to executives and business owners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage sales cycles and forecast sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal partners to achieve sales goals
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a quota-carrying role
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple sales cycles and prioritize tasks effectively
