Job Title: Sales Territory Manager

Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team in Southern Wisconsin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture existing accounts in Southern Wisconsin, building strong relationships across all areas of each customer account.
  • Identify and execute strategies to grow sales in the established territory, meeting or exceeding yearly sales quotas.
  • Quantify and deliver value creation for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize CRM/pipeline management tools to drive collaboration, sales, and profitability growth.
  • Seek out new opportunities within existing accounts and prospect for new accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Apply excellent problem-solving skills and ensure follow-through to the completion of all sales activities.
  • Manage Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses according to the annual budget.
  • Coordinate efforts of the sales support team, including Technical Service, Product and Market Specialists, Customer Service, Marketing, Inside Sales Support, Credit, and Accounts Receivable.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree; MBA or MS is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales.
  • 3+ years of experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
