Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to customers, remote sales teams, plant staff, and various departments within the organization.
  • Accurately input and verify orders, pricing, and shipping details within the SAP system.
  • Facilitate communication between manufacturing and clients to address order-related concerns.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our database.
  • Produce daily reports to keep stakeholders informed on order statuses.
  • Handle invoicing and associated billing activities.
  • Act as a backup for Payroll functions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required; some college education is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service within an office setting, supporting both internal and external clients.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Familiarity with import and export processes is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Capable of moving swiftly throughout the manufacturing facility.
