Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to customers, remote sales teams, plant staff, and various departments within the organization.
- Accurately input and verify orders, pricing, and shipping details within the SAP system.
- Facilitate communication between manufacturing and clients to address order-related concerns.
- Maintain and update customer records in our database.
- Produce daily reports to keep stakeholders informed on order statuses.
- Handle invoicing and associated billing activities.
- Act as a backup for Payroll functions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required; some college education is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service within an office setting, supporting both internal and external clients.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Familiarity with import and export processes is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Capable of moving swiftly throughout the manufacturing facility.
