Job Title: IT Support Analyst

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to provide technical support and exceptional customer service to Infranet's customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and ensuring seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to clients via remote support tools or in-person
  • Configure, install, and maintain client-specific hardware, network, and applications
  • Escalate support for Client Support Specialists as needed
  • Assist with upgrades and integrations
  • Identify opportunities to enhance end-user experience
  • Document time, customer correspondence, root causes, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with account managers to review existing systems and recommend improvements
  • Engage external support vendors as necessary
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams, including sales, accounting, and project management
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in desktop support
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft MTA certifications (preferred)

  • Telephony platform (Cisco UC)
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
