As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work with clients to understand their home transition needs, including downsizing, sorting, and packing.
  • Develop and implement personalized solutions to meet client needs, including creating customized packing plans and coordinating logistics.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including client communication and project progress.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for 4-8 hours during assigned projects.
