Job Overview:

The City of Richmond is actively looking for a Customer Service Specialist to be part of the Department of Finance. Primary Duties:
  • Guiding customers through permits and applications
  • Addressing intricate customer service challenges
  • Adjusting customer account discrepancies
  • Communicating with clients to ensure service precision
  • Executing data entry tasks and record maintenance
  • Conducting research and special assignments
  • Providing in-person customer assistance
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of four years in customer service roles
  • Experience in a real estate context is advantageous
  • Competence in MS Word and Excel
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
