Job Title: Crisis Hotline Program Manager

Northwest Human Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Crisis Hotline Program Manager to oversee the coordination and administrative oversight of the Crisis & Information Hotline and the 988 program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and administer the Crisis & Information Hotline and the 988 program, ensuring compliance with American Association of Suicidology (AAS) and National Suicidal Prevention Lifeline (NSPL) standards.
  • Develop and maintain written protocols and procedures for the Crisis Hotline, aligning with industry standards, including 988 voice, chat, and text services.
  • Oversee the Emergency Financial Assistance Program, ensuring grant/contract eligibility requirements are met and submitting monthly reports to the NWHS Finance and Compliance Departments.
  • Collaborate with partners at OHA, Vibrant, and other crisis continuum organizations to improve the crisis system and ensure clinical and operational expectations of the 988 Lifeline and Chat to Text services are reflected in hotline policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in crisis counseling or clinical-oriented work, with knowledge of organizational behavior, program development, and mental health best practices.
  • Proven experience in program oversight, supervision, and instruction, with the ability to evaluate programs and provide coaching and training.
