Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology Department at Emory Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, including those undergoing minimally invasive cardiac procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
  • Minimum of 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or recent completion of a re-entry nursing program.
  • BLS certification required and ACLS may be required in designated departments.
