Job Overview:

The Retail Sales Representative role is a dual-function position within our Large Store segment, acting as both the Account Manager and Merchandiser for designated large store clients. This position serves as the main liaison between Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast management and store management.

In this capacity, the Retail Sales Representative is tasked with fostering customer relationships while driving sales and managing product orders for a specific customer base. Additionally, this role involves the regular stocking of products on shelves and in coolers, ensuring compliance with rotation standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage and inform customers about our extensive beverage portfolio.
  2. Promote additional displays, equipment placements, and promotional initiatives as appropriate.
  3. Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage company assets, and oversee promotional signage and displays.
  4. Ensure each account adheres to established merchandising standards, assess product needs, and submit replenishment orders accordingly.
  5. Communicate and coordinate account activities with relevant business partners.
  6. Perform regular lifting of up to 40 pounds, along with bending, reaching, and merchandising tasks.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of general work experience is required.
  • Preferred: 1 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push up to 40 pounds, as well as perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, and bending.
  • Must be capable of operating manual and powered material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck) for distances up to 100 yards without assistance.
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
