They report directly to the Store Team Leader and collaborate with other management members.
Key Holders are tasked with providing customers with a distinctive shopping experience by employing the G.U.E.S.T. service approach. They fulfill all responsibilities associated with Sales Associates. Additional duties include offering ongoing coaching to enhance sales and service, managing customer returns and exchanges, overseeing the sales floor, and executing store opening and closing procedures.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as a TPS Champion by exemplifying the G.U.E.S.T. service approach and consistently delivering outstanding serviceWelcome and greet every customer with warmth and enthusiasmIdentify customer needs through open-ended inquiriesClarify product features and benefits in relation to customer needs by providing comprehensive product knowledgeRecommend additional items to enhance sales using effective selling techniquesExpress sincere gratitude to customers and invite them to returnAct as a TPS Brand AmbassadorFoster customer loyalty by being friendly, attentive, and respectfulMotivate and inspire the team daily through positive feedback and recognition programsContribute to a positive workplace by modeling ethical behavior, encouraging open communication, and maintaining confidentialityMaintain a professional appearance in attire and demeanor, adhering to the company dress codeSupport all sales initiatives across various business channels to maximize company salesAccurately capture customer information at the POSStay informed about current promotions and apply them correctly at the Point of SaleExhibit sound judgment in decision-making for the benefit of customers, the store team, and the businessContinuously train and coach associates on GUEST service behaviors and assigned tasksShow willingness to engage in training and development using available resourcesPrepare incoming merchandise for the sales floor following supervisor guidanceMerchandise products according to company visual standardsDemonstrate fundamental knowledge of relevant computer systems and programsEnsure store maintenance and cleanliness standards are upheldAfter thorough training, perform ear piercings while ensuring a safe and sanitary experience in compliance with regulations (select locations)Execute management functions as required, including store opening and closing, supervising the sales floor, and coordinating breaksAssist with other related tasks as directed within the assigned timeframeAdhere to all company policies and proceduresJOB REQUIREMENTS:
