YOUR ROLE:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in addressing taxpayer inquiries and providing effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls in a fast-paced service center
  • NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED
  • Ensuring positive and timely communication with clients
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex taxpayer questions
  • Demonstrating patience and empathy when assisting clients
  • Researching and navigating various accounts and software systems
  • Achieving personal and organizational performance targets

WORK SCHEDULE & ENVIRONMENT:

  • Full-time position with a structured schedule
    • Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
    • No weekend shifts
  • Initial training will be conducted on-site, with potential for a hybrid work model after training completion, based on performance and business needs.
