Tax Processing Specialist

Job Summary:
BerryDunn is seeking a Tax Processing Specialist to support our Assurance, Tax & Advisory Support Services Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for technical growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Print and assemble tax returns, route, and deliver completed returns to principals and managers for review and/or signature.
- Handle delivery of returns to clients, assembling tax packages to send.
- Communicate directly with clients, colleagues, and management regarding tax matters.
- Manage and monitor client deliverables and due dates.
- Demonstrate teamwork by working as a team member, understanding individual and team roles, and contributing to a positive working environment.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent organizational abilities and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to understand and meet deadlines, including following up with stakeholders as necessary.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with CCH Axcess Platform (Tax, Document, and Workflow) is helpful but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this role is $24.00 - $28.00 an hour. BerryDunn offers a comprehensive benefits package and a culture that supports employee growth and well-being.
