Job Title: Business Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our client's brand marketing and consumer strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute key sales administration tasks accurately and timely, including price changes, new item forms, and vendor setup.
  • Partner with suppliers on PO queries, late deliveries, and cash collection.
  • Manage and track revenue accruals by supplier.
  • Support the Sales Team with contract management, supplier forecasts, and supplier collaborative business plan updates.
  • Facilitate and assist with driving projects through the process, working closely with the Sales Team and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and meet critical deadlines.
