About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Developer Engagement, Europe to join our team at LevelTen Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in expanding our base of credentialed and active European developer customers, ensuring full engagement on all of our products, and scaling internal and external processes to maximize success of developer-facing side of the LevelTen Marketplace across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Management: Own and manage key developer customer accounts, identifying and qualifying new European developers and asset owners, and demonstrating the value of our services to catalyze robust participation on Energy and Asset Marketplaces.
  • Business Development: Spearhead new European business opportunities based on market research, promoting developer success by presenting transaction opportunities and managing ongoing developer follow-up.
  • Transaction Support: Support European PPA and M&A transactions (RFPs and auctions), including notifying developers, providing updates, and developer report feedback.
  • Communications Strategy: Support communications strategy, including PR, social media, events, newsletters, thought leadership pieces, white papers, and attending conferences.
Requirements
  • A degree from an accredited college/university and relevant work experience in the renewable energy industry (5+ years of experience).
  • Energy development experience and/or M&A experience.
  • Understanding of energy industry trends, challenges, opportunities.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • An interest and aptitude in building and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Initiative and self-motivation to work independently with limited supervision.
  • A high level of integrity.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office, and other professional software.
  • Professional fluency in English and German, other European languages are a plus.
