Senior Manager, Developer Engagement, Europe

At LevelTen Energy, we're on a mission to accelerate the clean energy transition. As our Senior Manager, Developer Engagement, Europe, you'll play a critical role in expanding our customer base and ensuring full engagement on our products across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage key developer customer accounts in Europe.
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new European developers and asset owners.
  • Demonstrate the value of LevelTen services to catalyze robust participation on our Energy and Asset Marketplaces.
  • Drive Energy Seller initiated processes, including Energy Auctions.
  • Spearhead new European business opportunities based on market research.
  • Promote developer success by presenting transaction opportunities and managing ongoing developer follow-up.
  • Support European PPA and M&A transactions, including notifying developers, providing updates, and developer report feedback.
  • Support communications strategy, including PR, social media, events, newsletters, thought leadership pieces, and white papers.
Requirements:
  • A degree from an accredited college/university and relevant work experience in the renewable energy industry (5+ years).
  • Experienced in European energy markets and PPAs.
  • Energy development, advisory, and/or M&A experience.
  • Understanding of energy industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • An interest and aptitude in building and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Initiative and self-motivation to work independently with limited supervision.
  • A high level of integrity.
  • Professional fluency in English and German, with other European languages a plus.

This is a full-time position that could be based in our Madrid office or remotely. Salary and incentives are commensurate with experience. We offer a flexible vacation policy, hybrid in-office/work from home schedule, and a range of benefits and perks.
