Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Pharma Relations team at AleraCare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, ensuring contract adherence, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the pharmaceutical market
  • Act as the primary liaison for pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts, ensuring contract compliance and support
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth
  • Manage communications and interactions with pharmaceutical manufacturers to ensure full compliance with contractual obligations
  • Represent AleraCare at industry events and meetings with pharmaceutical manufacturers
  • Monitor performance and generate comprehensive reports to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and market conditions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contracting, consultative selling, or a related field
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for business purposes
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA/MS in Business or a related field with 5+ years of experience
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers or wholesalers in the specialty pharmacy, home infusion, and/or ambulatory infusion markets
