Job Title: Relationship Manager I - Business Banker

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager I - Business Banker to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity to work with businesses with annual sales from $1 million to $5 million, providing cash flow solutions and leveraging business acumen to facilitate cash flow conversations with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the on-going sales cycle to optimize the cash flow of business customers
  • Develop and cultivate Center of Influence (COI) relationships to meet and exceed sales goals and business objectives
  • Work with internal services partners to on-board and expand the business portfolio
  • Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share
Requirements:
  • University/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
  • Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
