Your role will involve ongoing interactions with customers, processing orders, addressing inquiries, and delivering the necessary support promptly and courteously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that every customer interaction is of the highest quality.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing customer communications, both calls and written correspondence, in a professional and timely manner, ensuring all customer concerns are followed up on.
  • Engage actively in promoting Graybar products and services during inbound calls.
  • Assist customers with product selection and application guidance.
  • Coordinate customer service requests, including order processing, pricing inquiries, billing, order modifications, credit, and claims.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage various customer scenarios with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Prior experience in retail or counter sales is preferred.
  • A 2-year or 4-year degree is preferred.
Work Schedule:
  • Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Consistent work schedule allowing for personal planning: typically no weekends or evenings.
Compensation Overview:

The anticipated pay rate for this position starts at $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
