Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that every customer interaction is of the highest quality.
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer communications, both calls and written correspondence, in a professional and timely manner, ensuring all customer concerns are followed up on.
- Engage actively in promoting Graybar products and services during inbound calls.
- Assist customers with product selection and application guidance.
- Coordinate customer service requests, including order processing, pricing inquiries, billing, order modifications, credit, and claims.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Capability to manage various customer scenarios with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Prior experience in retail or counter sales is preferred.
- A 2-year or 4-year degree is preferred.
- Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
- Monday to Friday.
- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Consistent work schedule allowing for personal planning: typically no weekends or evenings.
The anticipated pay rate for this position starts at $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
