Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at General Dynamics Ordnance & Tactical Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentation materials to facilitate informed decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Respond to correspondence and ensure timely communication with stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and building trust.
  • Schedule conference calls and meetings to optimize productivity and efficiency, ensuring seamless collaboration among team members.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Manage schedules and perform administrative duties as assigned, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
