Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, healthcare, social work).
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare or social services setting.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Current state license required.
    • Must obtain and maintain mandatory, state and federal requirements and certifications for practice or occupation.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
