Ideal Candidates:

  • Possess management and/or sales experience, ideally in a personal service sector such as a spa, salon, or fitness center. Experience in the massage industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exhibit natural leadership qualities, fostering relationships while motivating, coaching, and supporting a team.
  • Capable of conducting difficult conversations in a professional and constructive manner.
  • Able to cultivate a positive workplace culture where all team members feel appreciated and acknowledged, issues are addressed promptly and fairly, and everyone is aligned with the organization's mission.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational functions, including driving membership growth, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, managing financial transactions, overseeing inventory, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Pursue continuous improvement by establishing goals, prioritizing tasks, and analyzing business performance.
  • Effectively address customer concerns while maintaining a safe and therapeutic atmosphere.
  • Empower team members to develop and advance by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training, and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Build positive relationships and instill confidence among employees, members, and guests.
