- Ensure adherence to best practices, policies, and procedures for fair and consistent management of all temporary staff.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a professional demeanor, be energetic, enthusiastic, and exhibit strong leadership qualities.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a call center environment.

Work Schedule:
- Salary range: $18 - $22 per hour.
- Shift: First shift, working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM.
- Opportunity for up to 5 hours of overtime per week.
