This position is responsible for the effective management and coordination of audio-visual and teleconferencing systems for meetings conducted via Teams and Teams Live events. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in live production, event management, troubleshooting technical issues, and equipment setup.



Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Microsoft Teams and Teams Live events on CISCO infrastructure.
• Install necessary audio-visual equipment for executive meetings and events.
• Monitor audio-visual systems during high-profile meetings and events.
• Conduct live production utilizing audiovisual systems with multiple inputs.
• Operate and oversee audiovisual and IT systems in conference and meeting rooms.
• Prepare setups for webcasts, web meetings, webinars, and video teleconferencing.
• Troubleshoot performance and technical issues related to audiovisual setups.
• Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades based on emerging technologies.
• Conduct tests on video, audio, and signals, addressing any issues that arise.
• Operate audio mixers, multiple cameras, video switches, and display systems.
• Ensure all equipment functions correctly through monitoring and maintenance.
• Perform cleaning, maintenance, or repairs on audio-visual equipment as necessary.
• Maintain a tracking log for purchased items.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in installing and configuring Microsoft Teams and Teams Live events on CISCO infrastructure.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting audio-visual equipment and corporate meetings.
• Experience in installing systems and all necessary components, including cabling, wall plates, audiovisual racks, and networks.
• Strong working knowledge of audio-visual equipment and software.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and adaptability are essential.
• Certification as a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) or Certified Audio Engineer (CAE) is advantageous but not mandatory.
