About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Alliance HCM. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the human capital management or payroll industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
