Hildebrand Self-Help Center is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in promoting a clean, harmonious, and welcoming living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and model a clean, harmonious, and welcoming living environment, supporting the overall safety and well-being of the families in residence.
  • Ensure each family has a safe, clean, and adequately furnished room.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility during assigned work periods, including conducting 30-minute checks and maintaining the office area.
  • Monitor and enforce community living rules, policies, and procedures for both families and their visitors.
  • Support the Residential Manager and/or Case Manager in developing and implementing Re-Housing Plan activities to assist families in moving out of shelter and achieving independence.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in Human Services or Residential Program settings.
  • Ability to work well with clients, family members, and colleagues, ensuring client confidentiality and professionalism.
  • CPR/SFA Certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Bilingual Haitian Creole or Spanish preferred.

Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 3:30pm-11:30pm, 16 hours per week.
