Residential Support Specialist

Hildebrand is seeking a Residential Assistant to support families experiencing homelessness in our congregate shelter. The ideal candidate will promote a clean, harmonious, and welcoming living environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring each family has a safe, clean, and adequately furnished room
- Overseeing the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility during assigned work periods
- Monitoring rules, policies, and protocols governing community living
- Supporting the Residential Manager and Case Manager in developing and implementing re-housing plans
- Participating in staff meetings, training programs, and other activities to stay up-to-date on program functions and required skills
Requirements include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Human Services or Residential Program settings
- Ability to work well with clients, family members, and colleagues
- CPR/SFA certification within 30 days of hire
- Bilingual Haitian Creole or Spanish preferred
This is a part-time position working Saturdays and Sundays from 3:30pm-11:30pm, with 16 hours per week.
