Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Provide coaching and support to sales representatives, develop strategies to enhance performance, and drive sales growth.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, promote sales, and deliver impactful presentations that meet their needs.
  • Market Presence: Represent Rep-Lite at trade shows and conventions, showcasing our state-of-the-art products for Emergency Respiratory Care and Inhalation Analgesia.
Requirements
  • Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or Sales. Minimum 5 years of experience in medical sales is preferred, with a background in EMS or paramedic training/education also accepted.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HubSpot CRM is a plus. Manufacturer sales experience is beneficial.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player with a willingness to travel and hold a valid driver's license.
