Position: IT Help Desk

We are in search of a skilled IT help desk technician to provide assistance to our clients regarding inquiries and challenges related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The technician will engage with clients both remotely and in person, guiding them through system configurations and troubleshooting processes, with a focus on efficient issue resolution. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional problem-solving abilities along with outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver prompt and effective support for information technology systems.
  • Assist clients both remotely and in person with system configurations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Actively listen to clients' inquiries and concerns, providing optimal solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions, escalating unresolved issues to higher-level personnel.
  • Collaborate with desktop support engineers to enhance customer service.
Essential Duties
  • Address technical inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Educate clients about IT products and services.
  • Guide clients step-by-step through the troubleshooting process.
  • Assist with diagnosing hardware and software issues.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm satisfactory service.
  • Relay client feedback to relevant internal teams.
Qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer systems and experience in troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • Aptitude for breaking down technical processes and delivering clear instructions.
  • Patient and friendly demeanor with excellent listening skills.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
