Key Responsibilities

  • Actively listen to customer inquiries and provide optimal solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions, escalating unresolved issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with desktop support engineers to enhance service delivery.

  • Educate customers about IT products and services.
