Job Summary

The Service Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through personalized service, expert knowledge, and timely resolution of account-related issues. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed information and address account serving needs for clients
  • Assist Private Bankers, Trust Advisors, and Portfolio Managers with documentation and sales support
  • Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex account-related issues
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients and United Community personnel
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Work Environment

This role is based in Greenville, SC, and Orlando, FL, with the possibility of up to 10% travel. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
