- Sales Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations with local businesses to understand their marketing needs and present tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with local businesses and stay in contact with customers to recommend new products and services that align with their interests.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on local market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Effective Communication: Maintain accurate sales activity records, collaborate with team leaders, and communicate effectively with customers to drive sales success.
- Experience: 1-2 years of outside sales or phone sales experience, preferably in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to function well in fast-paced environments, and computer literacy.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Other: Valid driver's license, motor vehicle insurance, and passing motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
- Uncapped Commission: Earn 100% unlimited commission-only income.
- Double Commissions: Double commissions in the first 90 days.
- Bonuses and Incentives: Participate in bonuses, sales incentives, and other prizes.
- Protected Territory: Enjoy exclusivity in your geographic area.
- Paid Orientation and Support: Receive paid product/sales orientation and support from team leaders and management.
