Hotel Front Desk Representative

**Job Summary**
High Hotels is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Take, modify, and cancel guest reservations with accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate hotel facilities and services to all guests, including amenities and local attractions
• Provide information on the local area and points of interest to enhance the guest experience
• Assist guests with arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out processes
• Answer front desk phone and respond to guest inquiries
• Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency
**Requirements**
• High school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional service
• Strong math, reading, and communication skills
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
