**Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Director who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
  • Promote positive relations with partners through interaction
  • Collaborate with the organization to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Accurately process customer transactions
  • Contact customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Maintain customer files and work within CRM tool
  • Present a professional image to customers and vendors

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • 7+ years of direct sales experience, including experience with a CDMO, CPG, or Health Care organization
  • Experience working within a CRM to track progress
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including word, excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint

**Critical Skills, Abilities and Experience:

  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings
  • Team oriented with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to travel 50%+ of time to customer and company sites
  • Experience selling in the beauty, health care, or pharmaceutical industry
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
