Office Operations Associate

We are seeking an Administrative-Scanning and Naming Docs Associate to join our team at ResourceMFG As a key member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for scanning and naming documents, handling confidential information, and working closely with our team to ensure seamless document management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have strong computer skills and be comfortable using various software applications. In addition, you will possess excellent organizational and attention to detail skills, ensuring that all documents are accurately named and stored correctly.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22-$25, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid weekly (Direct Deposit or ATM Debit Card available), access to health benefits, and a retirement plan.
