Logistics Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at Surfaceone Inc in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time position that requires strong logistics and supply chain management skills.
About the Job:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistics operations, coordinating transportation and distribution activities, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will work closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams to optimize logistics strategies and deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage logistics operations for designated accounts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups, track shipments, and resolve any transportation issues.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role (internship experience will be considered).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
