At Emerson Hospital, we are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant/Clinical Office Coordinator - Urology, who will work under the direct supervision of the Physician(s) to ensure patient preparation and support clinical and office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Practice Manager
  • Works with the Physician(s) to ensure patient preparation
  • Supports the Physician(s) with clinical and office duties
  • Maintains confidential information
  • Provides excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant course preferred
  • Two to Four years of relevant work experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical/physician's office preferred
  • Licensure and/or Certification: State Certification preferred but not required
  • Computer skills with the GE Centricity electronic medical record (EMR)
