Academic Support Coordinator for Legal Residency

The University of New Hampshire-Main Campus is seeking a highly skilled Academic Support Coordinator to join our team in the Franklin Pierce School of Law. As an Academic Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Legal Residency program, working closely with the Director and adjunct faculty to ensure the success of our students.

About the Role

  • Support the Legal Residency Director in ensuring compliance with relevant ABA Standards and Academic Rules
  • Manage the Legal Residency application process, coordinating with departments to implement deadlines and timelines
  • Organize events, including the Legal Residency Info Session each semester, and plan other Legal Residency events
  • Coordinate with the Registrar's office to ensure student registration and class section distribution
  • Provide administrative support to the Faculty Administrative Support team as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in higher education or the legal field
  • Strong organization skills and ability to work with various constituents

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $44,400 per year, based on the location and industry standards. This is a non-benefited, part-time position of 20 hours per week, requiring hours to be worked primarily during standard business days/hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm) with some exceptions for evening hours.
