Revenue Cycle Operations Coordinator

The RCM Administrative Assistant will provide crucial support to our revenue cycle management team, ensuring a smooth office workflow. This role involves maintaining accurate and timely mail/incoming fax distribution within the department, assisting with various administrative tasks, managing office procedures, and coordinating between departments.
This position requires:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint applications
- At least 1 year experience in Medical Billing (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving skills, and ability to multi-task/meeting deadlines
This onsite position is based in our Concord, NH office, with a typical work schedule consisting of weekdays 8am – 5:00pm. We offer a dynamic team-oriented culture where you can develop and build your skills.
