Position Summary

The Corporate Engagement Specialist is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and growing Project Helping's corporate partnerships. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with corporate partners, executing successful corporate engagement programs, and maintaining up-to-date records in Notion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Management: Serve as the primary lead for all corporate events, from conception to completion.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Event Coordination: Lead in-person and virtual corporate gatherings, managing all aspects of event planning as requested by clients.
  • Administrative Dutives: Handle daily office tasks such as email correspondence, data entry, and report generation.
  • Data Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on program performance and provide insights to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Serve as a valuable resource to the Corporate Engagement Manager, Vice President of Development, and CEO.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience in nonprofits, corporate partnerships, or related fields. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Benefits

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $55,000 - $57,000. Project Helping offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, unlimited time off, matching 401(k), and a flexible, positive, and supportive working environment.
