Evening Insurance Sales Consultant

Alera Group is a leading independent insurance and financial services firm dedicated to providing exceptional solutions to our clients. We are currently looking for an Evening Insurance Sales Consultant to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Evening Insurance Sales Consultant, you will be tasked with:
- Establishing and nurturing new client relationships to expand your portfolio in employee benefits.
- Building and managing a robust pipeline of decision-makers, including CEOs, CFOs, and HR Leaders from organizations with over 100 employees.
- Utilizing various methods such as cold calling, emailing, and leveraging existing connections to generate leads.
- Maintaining detailed records of prospects and opportunities within our CRM system to facilitate team support and coaching.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport in person, via virtual meetings, or over the phone.
- Strong proficiency in using CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
- A confident approach to networking and relationship-building.
