The Field Operations Specialist is tasked with cultivating and sustaining customer relationships within a designated region in Tennessee. This role operates under general supervision, allowing for discretion and judgment regarding work priorities regularly, and a certain level of creativity is anticipated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Product Knowledge (PK) sessions with Retailers and Contractors
  • Generate new business opportunities by introducing and advocating new products/services
  • Engage with Contractors and Retailers
  • Prepare necessary reports and correspondence

Skills and Abilities:

  • Fluency in the English language
  • Effective interaction with all levels of the organization and the public
  • Capability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Compensation & Benefits:
$65,000 annually based on experience*
*salary range may be adjusted based on cost of living
